Business Support Studio — AI, Apps & Beyond
AI, apps, the web — and the systems behind your work. A studio that builds for any industry, any size, anywhere.
There’s no fixed menu. Tell us what’s in the way, and we tie it up in whatever form fits best — AI, an app, or both. Confidential work is built to your rules. And where a market is still waiting, we launch apps of our own.
Not sure it’s even possible? That’s exactly where to start.
Our view
It isn’t the technology that’s missing.
It just hasn’t been tied in yet.
Most workplaces already have both: technology that could help, and problems worth solving. What’s missing is the knot — tying the two together in a way that fits how the work is really done.
MUSUBI builds that knot with AI, apps and the web — not through a sweeping rollout, but by making one daily chore disappear first.
We don’t build big on day one. We build the part that shows results, test it in real use, then expand.
Instead of bending your work to a tool, we shape the tool around how you already work.
Confidential data, personal information, access rights — we set the boundaries first, then choose how to build.
Sound familiar?
Whatever the industry, sole proprietor or company, what’s missing tends to look much the same.
Services
Any industry, any size, anywhere. These are just some of the threads we work with — one at a time, or several woven together.
Not on the list?
Ask us anyway.
Our own product
USTY (어스티), an app for Japanese–Korean couples. Planning, design, development, servers, app-store review and day-to-day running — all handled in-house by MUSUBI. Now in testing — testers welcome.
Your app gets the same craft — and the same care.

For individuals
Something missing from everyday life might be just one app away. When we build an app from an individual’s idea, there’s no charge for making it.
Individuals. Send us the app you’ve wished for in everyday life — not for a company or a shop. Companies, organisations and sole proprietors are welcome as regular inquiries (priced through conversation).
When it gets in the way, who would use it, how you manage today, and what would make you happy. The button below opens the idea form (email works too). No need to include your address, health details or other personal information.
We read every idea. Starting with the ones that would help the most people and that we can build well, we make them as MUSUBI apps — and launch and run them ourselves. If we take yours on, we’ll email you, and we may ask you to try it before launch. We can’t turn every idea into an app.
Process
It starts with whether it’s possible — including whether to build something new, or combine AI with the tools you already have.
Tell us what you’re dealing with — through the form, by email or by phone — even if you’re not sure it can be done.
An AI system, an app, or a mix — we propose the simplest path that works, and nothing more.
We build the part that shows results first and test it in real use — checking it against your security rules as we go.
Once it’s live, we keep tuning and improving as needed.
Security & confidentiality
When a project involves confidential information, we settle these points together before any building starts.
We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any details.
We agree which data, if any, goes to outside services — and keep it to the minimum.
Where needed, it runs inside your own environment.
We choose AI services and settings that don’t use your inputs for training.
Access is limited to those who need it, and materials are returned or deleted when the work ends.
Every company’s rules are different. We check each point against yours.
Pricing
Every project needs something different, so there’s no flat rate. We quote after hearing what you need and how big it is.
We can start small — build a little, try it, and expand once it proves its worth.
We can’t meet every request. Let’s work out together, through conversation, whether we can.
App ideas from individuals (not companies, organisations or sole proprietors) are free to make. App ideas
From the founder
Every workplace has something missing — not enough people, not enough hours, no tool that quite fits. More often than not, the technology to fix it already exists. It just hasn’t been tied in.
MUSUBI is a studio that ties that knot — with AI, apps and the web, for any industry, any size, anywhere. Whether it’s a system for a company or an app for everyday people, the approach is the same: start from someone’s real problem, build small, put it in their hands, listen, and improve. Our own app, USTY, is growing through exactly that loop right now.
If you’re not sure something is even possible, that’s the best time to reach out. Let’s find the knot together.

Common starting points
結 -MUSUBI- (“we”) handles personal information in accordance with the following policy.
1. Information We Collect
Through our contact forms (project inquiries, and feedback or app ideas), email or phone, we may receive your name, company or business name, email address, phone number and the details of your inquiry. When you submit a form, the service that receives it may record the sending device’s IP address and browser type to filter out spam.
2. Purpose of Use
We use this information only to respond to inquiries, to propose and provide services, and to handle contracts. App ideas you send help us decide which apps to build (if we build an app based on an idea, no payment is made to the person who sent it).
3. Third-Party Disclosure
Except where required by law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
4. Service Providers (Including Providers Outside Japan)
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc. (United States), and inquiry emails are received and sent through Google LLC (Gmail, United States). Netlify may use Automattic Inc. (Akismet, United States) to filter out spam. We use AI (Claude, by Anthropic, PBC, United States) to organise inquiries and draft replies; replies are sent by our staff. This site also uses Google Fonts (Google LLC) to display text, so opening a page sends your device’s IP address and similar data to Google. Information on the personal information protection system of the United States is available from Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission (“Foreign systems: United States”, in Japanese).
5. Retention
Form submissions and their notification emails are deleted one year after we receive them. Records related to contracts are kept for the period required by law.
6. Requests About Your Information
To ask us to disclose, correct, delete or stop using your information, please contact us below. We will confirm your identity before responding.
7. Contact
For questions about this policy, please contact us at: 結 -MUSUBI- (Masaki Kushida) / musubi.bss@gmail.com
